All of the solutions provided by eDefine are written in such a way that they can be more easily modified for our clients to meet their changing business needs. This fact has lead to the development of two applications that have a much broader audience than just the original implementations.

Online Grant Application Submission, Review, Reporting and Analysis System
Managing the process of a grant calls for proposal has traditionally been a very labor intensive and manual process. The internet provides the perfect platform to build a web based application that enables distributed submission and review of hundreds or even thousands of grant applications. The system has shortened the timeframe of reviewing hundreds of applications from 4 months to just 6 weeks while providing detailed data at every step in the process.

This flexible system makes it easy for organizations managing a grant award to securely accept electronic applications with attached documents, assign applications to geographically dispered reviewers, make applications and related materials instantly available to reviewers, collect and analyze the vast amounts of quantitiative and qualitiative data provided by the reviewers, and manage the successive rounds of review until the final grantees have been selected. It can be configured to fit with any organizations review process and specific grant's needs.

Online Survey Framework
Online surveys are a powerful way to test new product and service ideas or measure customer satisfaction. We have developed a tool that allows a company to easily create, deploy and analyze online surveys. The surveys can have multiple types of types of questions - Select One, Select All that Apply or free-text. Each question can be designated as required or optional. Flexible access control options so you can control who takes the survey and how many times (prevent ballot box stuffing). Real-time analysis that allows you to drill down on the results to learn more about the answers provided. Surveys are created and analyzed though a user friendly, browser-based interface so non-technical users can design and deploy online surveys.
